About Retail Live!

What makes Retail Live! different from other networking events? The key difference is the number of retailer exhibitors. 90% of exhibitors are retailers the remaining 10% is made up of sponsors. This allows the brokers, landlords, developers, and other related industry professionals who attend the program to present their projects or services directly to the retailers. In less than a day, participants get a chance to network directly with retailers actively expanding in the region where the event is hosted. In many ways, this is the opposite of a typical industry event; it is laid back, attire is casual, meetings are impromptu, and the ambiance is festive. Whether at the trade show, special session, or our cocktail reception, participants have ample opportunities to ‘Meet the Retailers.’

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is available to those attendees who notify Retail Live! of their need to cancel more than 30 days from the event date by contacting Retail Live! in writing. Your registration fee will be refunded the amount paid, less a $75 processing fee. Due to costs incurred, any cancellation within 30 days of the event date cannot be honored. You may however transfer your registration to another individual up to 2 weeks prior to the event date. Transfers are subject to a $75 transfer fee. Cancellations or transfers cannot be accepted within two weeks of the event date. Contact [email protected] to make those arrangements or for more questions regarding cancellations.

How do I transfer my registration?

If you would like to transfer your registration, please submit your request here. There is a $75 fee to transfer registrations. We do not accept transfer within 2 weeks of a show.

How do I access the Attendee list

You must be registered for an event to access the attendee list. Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link and access code to view the list.

If you cannot locate your confirmation email, let us know and we will re-send it to you. Email [email protected] to request your confirmation email.

Register Early

Register early to save on your registration costs. Each event offers an early-bird, general and late registration period. The earlier you sign up, the more you save!

What should I expect at a Retail Live! Conference?

This four hour trade show is like speed dating for attendees wishing to meet with our participating retailers. Grab your badge and trade book at registration then get ready to network; no pre-set meetings are required. Simply come ready to pitch your sites to our retailers. Meet with the retailers on a first come, first serve basis. Following the trade show enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres with live entertainment for additional chances to network.

How do Retailers Sign Up?

Each participating retailer receives two complimentary event passes upon completion of the Retailer Spec Sheet. Additional retailer representatives may attend at a discounted rate of $200 per person. 

Please note: All retailer representatives must be directly employed by the retailer. Passes cannot be used by brokers, consultants, or third-party attendees.

All participating retailers agree to exhibit at the show and host a table for the duration of the show.
